"Int'l" package no more

We're taking a new direction regarding Internationalisation… Our "Int'l" package effort may be declared "dead", but it's good news :) !

Indeed, localisations are now 1^st class citizens; they'll be part of any new fsDM version, and will be updated alongside code. So, thanks again for your patience during this rather long English/French-only period ;) !
